Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across employee relations, talent management, engagement, performance, wellbeing and organisational development.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
n
- Manage complex employee relations and performance matters.
n
- Coach stakeholders to build engaged, high-performing teams.
n
- Support talent management, development and workforce planning.
n
- Contribute to recruitment, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with specialist HR functions.
n

We are keent to speak with HR professionals with:

n

n




- At least seven years' experience as a generalist HR professional, preferably with experience in a professional services environment.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
n
- Strong employee relations experience, including complex performance matters.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
n
- Commercially minded, cooperative and adaptable.
n
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving process improvement.
n
- A genuine interest in AI and innovation within the People function.
n
