Job Description

Peel Health Campus, part of WA Health, seeks a Senior Pharmacist to advance clinical pharmacy services and medication management. You will monitor patient profiles, provide drug information, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, have unrestricted Australian work rights, and be prepared to mentor staff while contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
