- Operate trucks, excavators, and skid steers across a range of civil construction tasks
- Excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and lifting activities
- Carting materials to and from site
- Land clearing and general earthworks
- Cleaning, lubricating, and carrying out basic preventative maintenance on plant and equipment
- Working to construction programs to meet daily productivity targets
- Completing daily paperwork, including pre-starts, dockets, and timesheets
- Applying all Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and site procedures
