Superfinish Designer Coatings is a well-established Australian manufacturing business specialising in high-quality kitchen and cabinetry products, including custom flatpack cabinets, doors and panels. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our flatpack manufacturing team in Cardiff.
About the Role
Working as part of our flatpack production team, you will be involved in the manufacture, preparation and packing of custom cabinetry for our customers.
- Cutting, assembling and preparing flatpack cabinet components
- Reading job sheets and production plans
- Labelling and organising cabinet components accurately
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Checking measurements and ensuring components meet quality standards
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- General factory duties and maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable,
punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has a positive eye for detail and accuracy
- Is physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Can follow instructions and production plans
- Has good organisational skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery, flatpack manufacturing or a similar production environment is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right person.
