About the Role
n
This position sits within CASG's Integrated Warfare Networks and Systems Program Office (IWNSPO) Sustainment Directorate (CJC03), supporting the Joint Data Networks Sub Program.
n
The Quality Manager / Deputy Chief Engineer is a quality and governance position responsible for:
n
n
- Preparing IWNSPO for AEO initial certification of its Engineering Management System.
n
- Conducting reviews and analysis to assure organisational EMS performance and maintain AEO certification.
n
- Supporting project/product Engineering Managers in developing Engineering Plans.
n
- Reviewing IWNSPO Engineering Artefacts and project/product Engineering Plans to assure compliance with standards.
n
- Developing periodic IWNSPO internal audits in preparation for external AEO certification.
n
- Providing direction regarding relevant Australian and International Standards, regulations and Defence requirements.
n
- Leading continual improvement actions across IWNSPO Engineering, Logistics and Cyber, including pre- and post-activity reviews.
