About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Operations team currently based in Murarrie QLD on a full-time permanent basis.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, assist with inventory management and logistics activities, and provide guidance to a small team. This is a hands-on role, working alongside team members to ensure equipment, stock and customer orders are processed efficiently.

This role is approximately 80% operational duties and 20% team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily warehouse and logistics activities

- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and equipment movements

- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records

- Support and guide warehouse team members in their day-to-day work





- Assist with training and onboarding new team members

- Support rental, trial and loan equipment activities

- Follow and promote safety, quality and infection control procedures

- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

About You

- Experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment

- Experience coordinating, mentoring or supporting a small team

- Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems

- Current Driver's Licence and Forklift Licence

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physically capable of safely undertaking warehouse duties, including occasional lifting of up to 15kg

Desirable

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a similar industry

- Experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system
