Based in Clayton South for start and finish, this is a great opportunity for experienced removalists who enjoy hands‐on work and being part of a professional crew.

About the Role

n

As a Removalist Offsider / Jockey, you'll work alongside our experienced removalist crews to ensure customers' belongings are packed, loaded, transported and unloaded safely and efficiently.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Assisting with packing, loading and unloading furniture and belongings
n
- Safely lifting, carrying and manoeuvring furniture and household items
n
- Working efficiently as part of a removals crew




n
- Handling customers' belongings with care
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- Securing loads safely and following workplace safety procedures
n
- Maintaining a clean and skilled vehicle presentation
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Minimum 12 months' experience in furniture removals
n
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- The ability to safely lift and manoeuvre furniture and household items
n
- Good communication and customer service skills
n
- The ability to work well as part of a team
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
n
- Valid Australian work rights
n

n

Further experience in removals, transport, logistics, warehousing or similar manual roles will be highly regarded.
