This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to bring their warmth, initiative and expertise to join the team at Ache Group. You will provide high-level administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team. This is a full-time office-based role in our renovated warehouse in Glebe - with plenty of easy free street parking and the metro station just minutes' away.

We are searching for the right person to join our team - someone with a can-do attitude, who is personable, proactive, highly organised, quick and calm under pressure and ready to make a real difference. Someone who will thrive in a fast-paced workplace where no two days are the same - supporting projects, running the office, overseeing calendars, projects and delicately managing confidential information, and anticipating our needs.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinating & supporting team travel coordination/car hire.
- Calendar management across Executives
- Quality review and reporting to Executives
- Coordinating social events, birthday celebrations and monthly outings
- Preparing agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
- Provide comprehensive administrative support,



including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and reports/Canva style documents, proposals etc
- Customer feedback calls and complaint management
- Preparing annual calendar of events, social, wellness initiatives etc
- Support executive-level projects and initiatives as requiredContribute to the smooth running of the office by assisting with general administrative duties
- General office management and maintenance duties.

What we're looking for

- Significant experience (2+ years) as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and personable approach
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
