Key responsibilities
- Coordinate reception staffing, rosters, appointment workflows and daily priorities
- Welcome patients and assist with bookings, enquiries and reception duties
- Train, support and supervise reception and administration colleagues
- Oversee billing accuracy, payments, reconciliations and administrative follow-up
- Work with practice leadership and clinicians to resolve issues and improve daily operations
About you
- Strong medical reception or administration experience
- Confident communication skills and a calm, practical approach to leading a team
- Radiology experience highly regarded
- Knowledge of Medicare and private billing, imaging bookings and medical practice software
- Established office or reception manager experience, or experienced senior radiology receptionist ready to take on broader leadership responsibilities
