Our client, an ASX listed investment organisation, now seeks a talented corporate/commercial lawyer to join the company. Working with a well-regarded, collaborative legal team, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s commercial and corporate business functions including: managing the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and investment opportunities; funds management matters across a number of jurisdictions; contractual drafting and negotiating; drafting and negotiating finance and related documents; and general corporate advisory work. You will regularly liaise with other members of the team, internal stakeholders and coordinate external legal advisers as required.

The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with tenure in a reputable private practice firm. Additional in-house experience is beneficial but not essential. This organisation values collaboration,



excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, an aptitude for building positive working relationships, a proactive disposition that leads to practical and solution focused advice that delivers the best outcomes for the company.
