WSP's Power & Energy team is playing a pivotal role in Australia's energy transition, delivering some of the nation's most significant transmission, distribution, renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued investment across Australia, we are growing our Transmission & Distribution team across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Adelaide. We are seeking talented professionals across multiple disciplines and experience levels, from emerging professionals through to Junior and Principal positions.

- EHV Electrical Engineer (VIC or NSW) - all levels

- HV Primary Design Engineer - all levels

About You

You're passionate about solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to the future of Australia's energy networks. You bring:

- A degree in Electrical, Civil or related Engineering discipline

- Experience within transmission, distribution, utilities, renewables, power generation or major infrastructure projects

- CPEng,



RPEQ or progress toward professional accreditation (highly regarded)

- Strong technical knowledge within power systems, substations, transmission lines, grid connections, protection & control, or network infrastructure

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills

- Commercial awareness and project delivery experience

- A proactive approach to problem solving and risk management

- A passion for innovation, sustainability and delivering positive outcomes for communities
