We are looking for an energetic and organised Resourcer to join our growing Trades & Labour Hire recruitment team.

Reporting directly into the Operations Director, and working closely with the recruitment team, this role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced and high energy recruitment environment, supporting the delivery of skilled trades and labour personnel across the construction industry.

This position plays a pivotal role in contributing to the growth of our Labour Hire business, supporting the trades and labour team in building and maintaining candidate pools, ensuring our clients have access to reliable, job-ready construction site personnel.

The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your primary focus will be finding, engaging and managing candidates across a variety of construction and labour hire positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels
- Screening and interviewing candidates for current and upcoming vacancies
- Writing and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of skilled trades and labour candidates
- Conducting reference checks and assisting with candidate compliance and onboarding
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates and understanding their availability
- Matching candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience and location
- Assisting Recruitment Consultants with filling urgent and high-volume vacancies
- Updating candidate information and maintaining accurate records within the recruitment database/CRM
- Developing strong relationships with candidates to encourage retention and repeat placements
- Supporting general recruitment and branch administration as required

About You




We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and comfortable spending a significant part of their day speaking with candidates.
Previous construction recruitment or high volume resourcing in a blue collar/labour hire environment would be highly regarded; however, we are also interested in people from customer service, sales, administration, construction or other rapid-paced environments who have the right attitude and communication skills.

You will ideally bring:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once
- A proactive approach to candidate sourcing
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer and administration skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team
- An understanding of construction, trades or labour hire would be highly desrirable
