MR CERAMICS PTY LTD is a Western Australian company established in 2016, specializing in the supply of high quality tiles, bathroom products and complete renovation services. With recent business expansion to renovation and construction industry, we are now seeking experienced Carpenters and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and work on multiple commercial projects throughout Perth metropolitan area.

Carpenter Responsibilities

Work will include:

- Interpret and work from architectural drawings, building plans, specifications, schedules and site instructions
- Construct and install framing, walls, floors, stairs, roofs and other structural elements.
- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, fittings and finishing elements.
- Undertake general carpentry and construction works across a variety of projects.
- Full-time, Salary range $75,000-$81,000 per annual + Super, depending on skills and experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A recognised Carpentry Trade Qualification.
- A minimum of one years' highly relevant carpentry experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and applicable building requirements.
- Be able to commit the role immediately

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

Work will include:

·Conduct market research and competitor analysis; identify local market opportunities and analyse consumer preferences,



market trends and other relevant data to inform product positioning, product mix and promotional strategies.

·Develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing plan proposals and integrated promotional campaign concepts aligned with business sales, objectives and promotional programs aligned with the company's sales and business growth objectives, including new-product launches, seasonal promotions and brand-building initiatives.

·Provide marketing advice to management on marketing-mix elements including product positioning, pricing, promotional approaches, customer acquisition channels and distribution strategies to support the effective promotion of the company's products and services.

·Plan, coordinate and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media content, promotional materials, in-store campaigns and other advertising activities.

·Full time, Salary range $76,000-$82,000 per annual + Super, depending on skills and experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- B Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) are highly advantageous.
- ·A minimum of 5 years of hands-on working experience in related position. Will be able to commit the work immediately.
