Monadelphous is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Scaffolding Supervisors to join our Maintenance Operations team on Curtis Island, QLD.

Reporting to site leadership, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising scaffolding crews to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to schedule.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising daily scaffolding activities.
- Ensuring work is delivered safely and aligned with project schedules.
- Allocating work and providing technical direction to crews.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
- Liaising with client representatives regarding work planning, progress and site priorities.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining compliance with safety, quality and operational requirements.

What you will bring:

- Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (SA).
- Demonstrated experience in a Scaffolding Supervisor role.
- Experience within the resources, energy, construction or industrial sectors.
- Oil & Gas industry experience highly regarded.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Proven commitment to workplace safety and fostering a positive safety culture.
- Full Australian working rights.
