About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join an established residential builder, working from a brand-new display home in the Southern Highlands.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys working with customers, understanding their building requirements and guiding them through the process of creating their new home.
You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the display home, taking the time to understand their needs, discussing available home designs and land options, and helping them move from an initial enquiry through to the next stage of their building journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage enquiries and walk-in customers at the display home
- Build strong relationships with prospective home buyers
- Understand customers' lifestyle, budget and building requirements
- Present home designs, inclusions and available options
- Discuss land and home package opportunities
- Provide accurate pricing and information to customers
- Conduct display home presentations and consultations
- Follow up enquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Manage customers throughout the sales process
- Prepare and present proposals and sales documentation
- Work closely with internal sales, estimating and construction teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Work towards agreed sales targets

Skills & Experience





- Previous experience in new home sales, residential building or property sales
- Strong understanding of the residential building process
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
- Confident conducting face-to-face consultations and presentations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working towards sales targets
- Ability to work independently while being part of a wider team
- Experience with land and home packages highly regarded
