My client is seeking a commercially minded Manager or Senior Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver strategic, value-add advice, build trusted client relationships and play a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation of accountants.

The client base is varied, providing exposure to large trading businesses, SMEs, HNWIs and sole traders, ensuring no two days are the same. The breadth of clients and advisory matters provides the successful candidate with the chance to continue developing their technical and commercial capabilities while working across a genuinely interesting portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Manage and strengthen a diverse portfolio of client relationships – corporates,



privately owned businesses, SMEs and HNWIs

- Oversee workflow planning and ensure timely delivery of engagements

- Provide expert advice on tax matters and technical business issues

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Accountants and Senior Accountants

- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence

- Support the firm’s strategic/business development initiatives
