Urbanella is a small Property Development & Building company that constructs around 15 homes per year, mostly developments of 2-3 houses on a block. You will be the main site contact managing the overall site performance of home construction processes with very limited client contact during the building process.
Key responsibilities
- Order all materials and book in all contractors
- Manage the overall site performance of the home construction process
- Be the main site contact for all trades, suppliers and deliveries
- Update schedule and works progress
- Ensure the site is clean and secure by locking up or unlocking the site
- Pick up deliveries or items from suppliers or organise deliveries
- Order materials from suppliers if trades don't have them
- Assist with lifting items if trades need a small hand
- Attend to door handles or small tasks as needed
- Notify planning stages via the portal
About you
- Carpentry trade background and/or site supervision experience working with residential new homes
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong project management skills and organisation skills
- Understand the home building process

We mostly build our own houses to sell which means very little client contact during the building process. This makes building an easier and more productive environment.
