12-Month Opportunity | $10,000 Relocation Support | Accommodation | Bonus Payments

Adept Recruitment is seeking a Locum Dentist for a 12-month period in Newman, Pilbara WA, commencing 4 October 2026 or as soon as available.

Our client is seeking to secure a Dentist for the full 12-month period; however, Dentists available for shorter periods are encouraged to apply. Regular locum placements of 4 weeks or more may also be considered while a longer-term Dentist is being sourced.

The successful candidate can be offered $10,000 relocation support, accommodation for a couple or family as required, bonus payments at 6 and 12 months, travel support and car hire, in addition to a locum rate commensurate with experience and location rating.

The Chance

- Newman, Pilbara WA

- 12-month placement preferred

- Commencing 4 October 2026, or as soon as available

- 3- and 6-month placements will also be considered

- 4-week+ regular locum placements may be considered

- Locum rate commensurate with experience and location rating

- $10,000 relocation support for eligible placements of 6 months or longer

- Accommodation provided, including suitable accommodation for a couple or family where required

- Bonus payments at 6 and 12 months

- Travel support

- Car hire provided

About the Opportunity





There is a recognised need for consistent Dental Services within the Newman community, and support has been provided to attract and retain a Dentist for a longer-term period.

Our client's preference is to secure one Dentist for the full 12-month period, providing continuity of care to the local community. However, 3- and 6-month placements will be considered, and Dentists available for regular placements of 4 weeks or more are encouraged to apply while a longer-term Dentist is being sourced.

About You

We are interested in hearing from Dentists who:

- Are registered to practise in Australia

- Have suitable clinical experience

- Are interested in regional or remote practice

- Are available for a long-term placement, or for shorter periods

- Would enjoy the opportunity to experience life and work in the Pilbara
