You’ll be hands-on with food preparation, bulk cooking and texture modified meals while ensuring consistently high standards across the kitchen. What You'll Do

- Own the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensure every service is delivered smoothly.
- Cook and prepare nutritious meals that meet menu requirements and the needs of residents.
- Deliver high-volume bulk cooking while keeping food quality, consistency and presentation on point.




- Prepare texture modified foods with accuracy, care and strict attention to dietary requirements.
- Keep food safety, hygiene, cleaning and kitchen standards at the highest level every day.
- Work independently to plan, prioritise and complete kitchen operations efficiently and on time.

About You

- Hold Trade Certification in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
- Have hands-on commercial cooking experience and confidence working in a high-volume kitchen.
- Understand texture modified food preparation, special dietary requirements and food safety practices.
- Bring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage kitchen responsibilities independently.
- Take genuine pride in producing quality food and creating enjoyable dining experiences.
- Have the required documentation and willingness to complete a police check and flu vaccination.
