The role

- Prepare breakfast and manage the morning and night routine for two children (ages 2 and 5)

- Assist with school and daycare drop-off (approx. 8am) and pick-up (approx. 4:30pm)

- Manage all school and daycare communications — mufti days, events, forms, costumes, etc.

- Self-manage your time between drop-off and pick-up to cover: house cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation

- Occasional additional support for evening events or travel commitments, with notice wherever possible

Hours and time off

- Split-shift structure: early mornings and late afternoons/evenings are rostered; the middle of the day is self-directed, provided all household duties are completed

- 1 fixed day off per week (currently Thursday)

- Flexibility required for occasional late nights, travel, or events, with fair notice

What we're looking for

- Genuine warmth with children, combined with strong organisational skills

- A mature, self-sufficient, and trustworthy approach — able to manage your own time and priorities without supervision

- Valid driver's licence (essential)

- Current Working With Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Police Check

- Right to work in Australia, ideally on an ongoing basis

- Excellent written and spoken English for school liaison
