They are seeking a hands-on Senior Property Manager/Team Leader to manage a tidy portfolio, support the Property Management team and help drive continued growth.

The Position:

- Manage a residential portfolio from end to end
- Guide, mentor and support the Property Management team
- Assist with escalations,



workflows and team performance
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and renewals
- Build strong owner, tenant and contractor relationships
- Work closely with internal development, construction and operations teams
- Maintain high service and portfolio standards

Requirements:

- Solid residential Property Management experience
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Confident communicator and problem-solver
- Organised, professional and solutions-focused
