We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join an established, family-run real estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals, gain hands-on exposure to the industry and develop the skills needed to progress your career in sales.

The Opportunity As a Sales Associate, you’ll play an integral role in supporting a successful sales team while gaining valuable experience across the entire sales process.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Supporting the team with listings, campaigns and day-to-day sales activity
- Following up buyers, leads and database contacts
- Assisting with open homes and private inspections
- Prospecting and building solid relationships with buyers and sellers
- Assisting with offers,



contracts and sales administration
- Coordinating photography, marketing and property campaigns
- Maintaining the CRM and ensuring leads are followed up
- Learning from experienced agents with the opportunity to progress your own sales career

To be successful, you will have:

- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration – essential
- A strong work ethic and hunger to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with buyers, sellers and prospective clients
- A genuine interest in residential property and sales
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Motivation to learn, develop and progress within the industry
