Now we need a Senior Warehouse Technician (Team Leader) to run prep and return at our Homebush warehouse.

About the Role

Reporting to our NSW Operations Manager, you'll own individual jobs from prep through to return and lead a small crew of full time and casual techs. Every job out the door in full and on time, and back on the shelf accounted for. That's DIFOT, and it's your scoreboard.

What You'll Do

- Lead, train and redeploy your crew as the floor demands

- Quality check gear going out and coming back, so nothing leaves short or wrong

- Run stocktakes and cycle counts on fixtures in our stock control system

- Keep the factory and stock shelves secure, clean and organised, and flag OH&S; issues straight away

- Jump on the customer service desk when it needs you, and support customers with hired product

What We're Looking For





- Entertainment industry experience is a must, ideally with a strong lighting background. If you know your movers, consoles and truss, you'll feel right at home

- Experience leading or training a team, even informally

- Already a strong Warehouse Tech and ready for your first team leader role? Apply anyway. We'll back you to step up

- Comfort with tech. Flex or similar rental inventory software experience is a plus

- A sharp eye for detail, solid OH&S; knowledge, and the confidence to run the floor on your own when needed

- Current driver's licence. HR licence and forklift ticket are a bonus, not a must
