Friendly, reliable team players who thrive in a busy environment
Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
A basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (and a willingness to learn more!)
Weekend availability (day and/or night)

What you’ll get:
Great tips and a supportive, down-to-earth team
Staff discounts at all Ducks venues (Byron, Bellingen, Rosebery, Nimbo)
Flexibility to work across venues and opportunities for career progression
A chance to be part of a business that genuinely cares – about people, produce, and the planet
