We are a holistic retreat located Margate, 30 min drive from Hobart, Tasmania, dedicated to providing a space of deep healing, relaxation, and mind-body harmony. We value a holistic approach to wellness and are looking for a passionate team member who shares our love for healing others.

■ Key Requirements

Experience or Qualification (Either of the following):

Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a spa therapist; OR

Holder of a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Skills & Mindset:

Highly motivated and eager to learn our retreat's unique techniques, including facials, hot stone massage, and sound healing.

A genuine passion for healing and caring for people.

Teamwork & Flexibility:

As an integral part of our holistic retreat team,



you must be willing to support various day-to-day retreat operations as needed (e.g., customer care, cleaning, kitchen assistance, etc.).

Preferred:

Experience or background in yoga and/or meditation.

■ Employment Conditions

Employment Type: Casual

Pay Rate: From $40 per hour (commensurate with experience and skills)

Working Hours: 20+ hours per week

Perk: Staff share house accommodation is available in office.

On site accommodation will build uo early next year.

Harmony Hill Health Retreat

Pay: $40.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
