We are looking for two experienced & motivated hospitality professional for managing motels and living on site role in our two location facilities Bundaberg & Gin Gin. Both locations are in Widebay Burnett, Regional Queensland to oversee & enhance guest experience and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations for the motel, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Channel Manager knowledge and reconciling OTA's & Booking Agencies
Qualified telephone manner for answering phone calls taking bookings
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and casual staff
Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering qualified and friendly customer service
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
Professional telephone manner for answering phone calls taking bookings
Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports, invoicing,
and budget monitoring
Conduct daily inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards
Perform basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors for major repairs
Manage stock levels for supplies and order as needed
Promote the motels through local marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Must be able to cook & serve Breakfast
Housekeeping skills and services occasionally
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
