Welder/boilermaker/all-rounder

Narembeen engineering is a growing agricultural, manufacturing and repair business seeking an experienced boilermaker with a bit of all-round skills.

About the role

Working in the workshop, you will be involved in the manufacture, assembly and repair of agricultural equipment and components

Your duties will include:

· Fabrication and welding of sheep feeders, hay trailers, comb trailers, boom sprays and agricultural equipment

· Assembly and fitting of manufactured products

· General fabrication, engineering and workshop duties

· Repair and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment

· Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

· Maintaining a protected and organized work environment

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing quality workmanship.

Roster

Monday- Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm





Minium 38hrs a week

(30-minute unpaid lunch break each day)

About you

Successful applicants will ideally have:

· Trade qualification as boilermaker, fabricator

· Strong welding and fabrication skills

· Experience in manufacturing, fabrication of agricultural equipment and repairs

· Experience in boom sprays manufacturing and repairs

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Robust attention to detail and pride in workmanship

· Current driver’s license
