Guide Right Support Services is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to complete continence assessments for NDIS participants.

This role would suit a nurse with experience in continence management, community nursing, disability services, rehabilitation, aged care, or complex health supports.

Flexible arrangements are available for the right person, including casual employment or engagement as an independent contractor.

About the Role
Complete continence assessments for NDIS participants.
Develop professional reports and recommendations.
Identify appropriate continence products, supports and strategies.
Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and other professionals.
Enjoy versatile working arrangements and manageable caseloads.

What We're Looking For
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Experience in continence management and clinical assessment.
Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently.




Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

Highly Regarded
Experience working within the NDIS.
Experience completing continence assessments.
Knowledge of disability-related health supports and NDIS reporting requirements.
Additional training or qualifications in continence care.
