This is a diverse casual role supporting the team with Sales, Leasing and Property Management and suitable for an applicant that has prior experience or is seeking to develop skills across commercial/industrial property.
Completing Research for property appraisals, market rent reviews and new listings
Co-ordinating Property Condition and Inspection Reports
Assisting with organising repairs and maintenance and meeting contractors on site
Communicating with Owners and Tenants
Preparation of Agency Agreements and Leases
Good communication and writing skills essential.
Adaptable days and hours - Monday to Friday
Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
Licence/Certification:
Certificate of Registration (Required)
Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
