About the role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our motorcycle spare parts and accessories team. You will be assisting customers with spare parts and accessory enquiries, identifying and sourcing motorcycle parts, processing sales and orders, managing stock and merchandising, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities
Assisting customers with spare parts and accessory enquiries
Identifying and sourcing motorcycle parts
Processing sales and orders
Managing stock and merchandising
Providing outstanding customer service
Workshop parts ordering
Workshop job cards & invoicing
Additional prospects assisting with motorcycle sales

About you
A passion for motorcycles (preferred)




Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills
Attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Retail or automotive parts experience (an advantage, but not essential)

Pay: $55,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
