The Lil Hut Bakery is a rapid-paced, quality-driven neighborhood bakery in Arncliffe. We take our craft seriously with top-tier specialty coffee. We currently pour Gabriel Coffee's Easy Tiger blend and are looking for a dedicated barista who shares our commitment to quality to join our tight-knit team.

The Role As our Casual Barista, you will take ownership of the espresso machine, ensuring every cup meets our high standards. You will be responsible for dialing in, maintaining exact extraction parameters, pouring consistent latte art, and delivering friendly, efficient customer service during our busy daily rushes.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a barista in a specialty coffee setting.
Passion: A genuine love for specialty coffee and a deep understanding of extraction and flavor profiling.
Technical Skills: Highly confident in dialing in, adjusting grinders, and executing silky milk texturing and latte art.
Workflow:



Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while pushing out high volume without ever sacrificing quality.
Team Player: A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to communicate and work seamlessly alongside our baking and front-of-house crew.
