Tandoor Indian Food Court

We are looking for a friendly, confident and professional Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Tandoor Indian Food Court.

This is a customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly and professionally, and can provide excellent service in a busy food-court workplace.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking orders accurately, assisting with menu enquiries, processing payments and ensuring every customer receives friendly and efficient service.

You will also work closely with the wider team to keep the service area clean, organised and running smoothly during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills are essential
Friendly, confident and professional approach to customers
Well-presented with a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment




Able to take customer orders accurately and handle payments
Previous experience in hospitality, food service, retail or customer service is highly regarded
Willingness to learn and support the team where required
Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred
