Lead a team of sales agents, associates and administrators, driving performance, growth and market share. As part of the leadership team, you will coach and develop people, create accountability and ensure the team has the skills, systems and support to perform at their best
Drive day-to-day sales team performance
Lead meetings, 1:1s, training and performance reviews
Coach listing, negotiation and sales strategies
Recruit agents and retain the existing team
Manage targets, budgets, systems and compliance
Develop individual and business growth plans

Experience required
Residential real estate sales management experience
Demonstrate solid sales process and legislation knowledge
Coach, mentor and improve agent performance
Valid Class 1 or 2 NSW real estate licence
Driver's licence and reliable car
Available for the occasional Saturday as required
