Adecco Australia is investing in our Key Account Management team and we are looking for experienced recruitment specialists to help grow and strengthen our strategic client partnerships.

This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland . You will manage and grow key client accounts, build trusted relationships, and work with our teams nationally to deliver excellent outcomes for clients and candidates.

What you’ll do
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Find opportunities to expand our services and deliver more value to clients.
Partner with sales, delivery and support teams to ensure smooth client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing You are a commercially minded recruitment or workforce solutions professional who enjoys building partnerships, spotting growth opportunities and making things easier for clients.





You’ll bring
Experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or account management.
A robust track record of growing existing accounts and building client trust.
Commercial confidence, including pricing, margin and performance conversations.
The ability to influence, collaborate and get outcomes across a national business.
