We're looking for an experienced retail leader who knows how to inspire people, lift performance, and deliver on sales targets.

As a Cluster Manager across 3 locations, you'll lead a portfolio of stores, partnering with Store Managers to drive sales, develop talent, improve customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across your region.

The stores in this region are:
Maroochydore MYER
Cairns MYER
Chermside MYER

What You'll Be Doing
Driving sales, KPIs, profitability and wage performance
Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
Recruiting, training and building future leaders
Identifying prospects to improve store performance
Maintaining exceptional customer service and presentation standards
Supporting inventory management,



stock accuracy and compliance

What We're Looking For
Multi-site retail leadership experience
A proven track record of delivering sales growth
Robust coaching and people development skills
High energy, commercial acumen and accountability
