Reporting to the Head of Governance and Risk, you'll sit within a small, high-performing team with direct access to senior leaders - owning end-to-end compliance operations across regulatory obligations, internal controls, policy governance and assurance activities.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and maintain the compliance obligations register and drive remediation across the businessLead risk assessments,
compliance reporting and periodic assurance processesConduct control testing, validation and documentationManage the policy suite - review cycles, document control and attestationsContribute to risk register updates and enterprise risk reportingCoordinate internal audit, business continuity and probity activitiesAdminister complaints, grievance and integrity registersAct as the primary compliance resource and advisor for business unitsKEY SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS4-6 years' experience in compliance, risk, governance or auditDemonstrated ownership of compliance registers, controls frameworks or assurance processesExposure to a regulated or government-funded workplace is a distinct advantageStrong technical understanding of GRC principles and frameworksSharp attention to detail with the ability to own reporting and documentation end-to-endConfident, credible communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsFor a confidential conversation, contact Andrew Kiely at
