The property has been left in an excessively dirty condition, including rubbish, food/drink residue, dirty surfaces and floors throughout. Smoking also occurred inside the apartment, leaving a noticeable smoke odour.
I require a quote for:
Full deep cleaning of the apartment
Smoke odour removal / deodorising treatment
Skilled carpet steam cleaning
Cleaning of affected soft furnishings if required
Removal of residual rubbish/debris if needed
This is beyond a standard Airbnb turnover clean.
Please provide an itemised quote showing the cost of deep cleaning, smoke odour treatment and carpet steam cleaning separately, as the quote will be used as supporting documentation for an Airbnb damage claim.
