The Role

As our Head of Guest Experiences, you’ll be the heartbeat of the floor.

Working with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead from the front, setting the tone, elevating service, and making sure every single guest walks out thinking “that was different.”

This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about creating moments.

What You’ll Do
Lead and elevate front-of-house service standards
Own the guest journey from arrival to departure
Train, mentor, and inspire the floor team
Drive energy, vibe, and consistency across every service
Handle guest feedback with confidence and care
Work closely with kitchen + leadership to ensure seamless execution
Create those unexpected, memorable touches that people talk about
Respond to email enquires, manage group bookings & events
