Key responsibilities include but not limited to;Supporting the operational and management team through accurate and effective financial reporting and maintain statutory reporting requirementLead month-end processes and financial reconciliationsDrive cost control initiatives and support departmental budgetingConduct internal and external auditsMentor finance staff and internsCollaborate with department heads to ensure financial targets are metAssist DOF and FC to streamline accounting functions and operations and help provide financial analysis and reportsSupport the Marriott "Information Protection Policy" and conform to all requirements of the hotel and legislationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business,
