If you want to work where ambition meets prospect, you have found your place.What you'll be doingReview, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, supplier agreements, contractor agreements and NDAsPartner with Sales, Procurement, Delivery and Operations teams to provide practical legal advice and support commercial outcomesSupport corporate governance, compliance initiatives, policies and business-wide legal mattersAssist with legal risk management, dispute resolution and engagement with external legal advisersHelp maintain legal templates, playbooks, processes and knowledge resources to improve efficiency and scalabilityProvide guidance on privacy, data protection,
