An exciting opportunity is available for a Lawyer with insolvency disputes and commercial litigation experience to join a leading Australian disputes practice.You will work on significant insolvency, asset recovery and complex commercial litigation matters, acting for major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, corporates, accounting firms and government clients.The RoleYou will be involved in:Insolvency, asset recovery and complex commercial disputesLitigation strategy, evidence preparation and recovery actionsInterlocutory applications, hearings and court proceedingsWorking directly with clients, counsel, experts and insolvency practitionersInvestigations, enforcement proceedings and other contentious mattersWorking alongside specialists across restructuring, banking, tax, financial services and corporate lawAbout You2–4 years' post-admission experienceExperience in insolvency,
