About the role The Coffee Club Taigum is seeking a skilled and passionate All-Rounder / Barista to join our agile team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality coffee and cold drinks, exceptional service at our café located in Taigum Square Shopping Centre, outside of Big W.

What you'll be doing
Prepare and serve a range of high-quality coffee and cold drinks to brand standards
Maintain consistency in coffee quality, presentation, and speed of service
Engage with customers to create a welcoming and positive café experience
Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Contribute to a positive and productive team culture

What we're looking for
Experience in a fast-paced café environment, Barista experience is a plus!
Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and machine operation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
Excellent communication and customer service skills




A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Attention to cleanliness and organisation
Hustle and drive
4 days per week availability, one weekend day required
