About The Role You'll own the pizza section.
Hand-stretching dough, managing a wood-fired oven, controlling stock and ordering, and keeping your section clean and compliant.
You'll lead and mentor your assistant/s, contributing to a solid team culture across kitchen and FOH.
This role sits within the Level 3-6 Cook classification, so we're looking for a candidate with experience to match.
