Metropolitan and Regional work availableCuris Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses or Clinicians with skin cancer screening experience to join a large national workplace skin cancer screening program in Brisbane, QLD.This is an exciting opportunity to work across metropolitan and regional locations throughout Perth and surrounding areas, providing skin cancer screening and early detection services to people in their workplaces.As a Skin Cancer Nurse or Clinician, you will conduct comprehensive skin and mole assessments, utilise dermoscopy and other screening tools, identify areas of concern and determine when further medical assessment is required.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct skin cancer,
skin and mole screening assessmentsAssess and identify suspicious lesions and areas requiring further investigationUtilise dermoscopy and other relevant screening equipmentProvide transparent and professional health education to participantsMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationWork independently to manage onsite screening sessionsEscalate findings appropriately and recommend further medical review where requiredEssential CriteriaCurrent AHPRA Registered Nurse registration, no restrictionsMust have Skin Cancer or Dermoscopy qualificationsPrevious experience in skin cancer screening, skin checks or mole checksExperience with dermoscopy/melanographyStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage onsite screening sessionsOwn dermoscope lens preferred, but not essentialWhat's on OfferFlexible casual and contract opportunitiesCompetitive rates based on experience and qualificationsOpportunities across metropolitan, regional and rural locationsTravel and other allowances where applicableTraining provided on relevant systems and processesOngoing opportunities within a growing national health screening program
