Key responsibilities
You will provide clinical governance, operational leadership and strategic direction, while supporting patient flow and improving outcomes across the care continuum.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based services across acute, subacute, outpatient and specialist settings.
You will work closely with Allied Health leaders and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, patient-centred care, while also maintaining an appropriate clinical caseload.
What you need
Experienced Speech Pathologist with robust clinical capability (10 Years +).
Proven leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role.
Robust understanding of patient flow, service delivery and clinical governance.
