You will be responsible for securing new sites and managing lease negotiations, renewals and key commercial outcomes across an established retail network.Key responsibilities:Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, relocations and extensionsManage relationships with landlords, agents and key stakeholdersProvide strategic leasing advice to support business growthManage the leasing pipeline and ensure commercial and operational requirements are metAbout you:Strong experience in retail leasing from an occupier or landlord perspectiveExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsCommercially astute with solid understanding of the retail property marketProven ability to manage multiple sites and transactions12-month contract (potential to extend) | Sydney CBD | $160k–$180k incl.
