Your new role
Working as a Claims Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of property-related claims while partnering with solicitors, building consultants, surveyors and other industry professionals to investigate and resolve disputes.
Responsibilities include
Managing a portfolio of complex property-related claimsReviewing documentation, contracts and supporting evidenceLiaising with solicitors, conveyancers,



customers and external stakeholdersWorking alongside building consultants and technical experts to assess claimsManaging high-touch claims through to resolutionHandling difficult conversations and delivering exceptional customer outcomesSupporting broader business functions including underwriting, finance and operations
This is a role where you'll gain exposure to the full insurance lifecycle rather than working in a siloed function.
What you'll need to succeed
Law degree, Conveyancing qualification, Property Law background or similarEarly career legal professionals are encouraged to applyProperty law and claims exposure highly regardedStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and work under pressureExcellent attention to detail and analytical capabilityClaims experience advantageous but not essentialAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
