Based out of Capella, this role involves the physical delivery and day to day management of maintenance operations on council's urban road, drainage, footpath and cycle way networks.If you are an experienced maintenance supervisor looking for a new and exciting opportunity, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Supervising and leading the crew to ensure effective delivery of maintenance projectsMonitor and control project budgetsEstablish, build, and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partiesContribute to a positive, safe, and effective working workplace and cultureTo be considered for this opportunity,



you will need to possess:Demonstrated experience in a similar role involving supervision of a work team and plant equipment within a road construction or maintenance settingExtensive understanding of quality control practices and testingKnowledge of construction compliance specificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCert III Civil Construction or relevant experienceMinimum of Queensland C class provisional drivers licence.General Construction Induction Card.Working for Central Highlands Regional Council has its benefits.
