We're looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer to take ownership of client relationships and complex matters across the full employment lifecycle - without the hierarchy or billable pressure of a traditional firm.Full-time preferred; we're open to discussing part-time for the right candidate.Some Of The Responsibilities You'll Be Trusted To RunAdvise across the full spectrum of employment law - hiring, managing and firing - for both ad hoc and retainer clientsBuild and manage client relationships in line with the team's strategic plans, with real autonomy and minimal supervisionPlay an active role in client acquisition and retention for the Employment + Workplace Relations teamContribute to the team and firm's strategic direction as a senior voice, not just a delivery lawyerWhat You'll Bring6 - 10 years' PQE in employment and workplace relations,
