National Australia Bank is seeking a Senior Consultant Industrial Relations for a 12 month fixed term contract in Sydney.
You will be part of the People & Culture team and will drive the IR agenda, with a focus on risk, compliance and enterprise bargaining.You will engage unions and stakeholders, provide strategic advice to executives, and contribute to negotiations and system implementations of enterprise agreements.
A robust IR background and excellent communication are essential.
